Easy and Convenient In-Store Returns

Purchases made in-store can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you bought your items online, you can also bring them to any Credo store for return within 30 days of delivery. To process your return smoothly, please bring:

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return

Our team will assist you promptly, and refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Note: Only unused or gently used products are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Products that are substantially used will not qualify for a refund or credit. The condition of returned products is determined at Credo’s sole discretion.
