If you purchased your products at a Credo store or want to return an online order in person, here is what you need to know about the in-store return process.

Return Window and Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for in-store buys.
• Online purchases can also be returned in-store within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused or gently used to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
• Items that are substantially used will not be eligible for refund or credit.
• The condition of returned products is assessed at Credo’s discretion.

Final sale items, gift cards, and reward redemption products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return In-Store

• Bring your product(s) along with the order number if returning an online purchase.
• For in-store purchases, contact the store directly to initiate the return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges and Store Credit

• Exchanges for online purchases are handled through the return portal with store credit issued as an e-gift card.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases both online and in-store.
• Gift returns require a gift receipt and must be unused or gently used to be eligible for exchange or credit.

Additional Return Details

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs for online orders sent back to the warehouse are $5, deducted from your refund.
